National Childrens Orchestra

The National Children's Orchestra of Great Britain support children aged 8-14 to be happy and healthy through transformative orchestral experiences and performances of exceptional quality.

NCO currently comprises of over 650 young musicians, children who come together in three orchestras for residential activities and in four regional Projects ensembles for non-residential orchestral weekends.

Their programme includes exceptional in-person orchestral coaching with incredible tutors, artists and conductors, as well as enriched musical learning through our established digital programme. Young musicians develop their playing and musicality, discover their creativity, learn vital wellbeing skills, find their voices and celebrate the joy of making music with others.
