Why should you donate?

As a charity, Future Talent relies on the generosity of donations to keep our support for talented young musicians from low-income backgrounds going. Donations of any size can make a difference. Your donation could help:

Support a young musician purchasing their first instrument

Many of the 130 young musicians we support do not own their own instrument, they rent or borrow. The financial bursary we provide often goes towards purchasing their very first instrument.

A group of young musicians attend a music making workshop

We run workshops across the UK for young musicians to meet, make some new friends and make some music! A music workshop leader often costs £250, and we help support the travel costs of our young musicians attending as well as venue costs. Your donation could help make these workshops happen!

Keep their instrument lessons going

The average price of a 1 hour, one-to-one music lesson is £40. A donation could support a young person continue these lessons, without which progress it's difficult.
