Kieran is a passionate and driven young professional with a breadth of experience within the arts through various roles as performer, musical director, advisor and fundraiser for international arts charities. Having worked in engagement and development roles at the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Royal College of Music, Kieran is currently Development Director at the Young Classical Artists Trust, leading the philanthropy and engagement strategy to ensure the charity can achieve impact, expand services and deliver greater financial stability for the organisation's future. Kieran proudly sits on the Board of Music Theatre Wales, Future Talent and is a shadow trustee of Spitalfields Music.
