About Future Talent
Future Talent is a registered charity, committed to achieving an equal reality where all gifted young musicians from low-income backgrounds can flourish.

We run two programmes that provide unique opportunities for young musicians to build confidence, develop personal skills, and enhance their musical experience.

The programmes we run are:
Junior Programme – this supports children aged 13 and younger at an earlier stage of their musical development;
Development Programme – this programme support musicians aged 13-18 years old.

Through these programmes, we provide a range of development opportunities such as:
・Expert masterclasses
・World-class workshops
・One-to-one mentoring sessions

We also provide financial support to our young musicians on both the Junior and Development Programmes through awards and scholarships.

Awards can be spent on any musical costs through the year such as: instruments costs, sheet music, tech and equipment, music lessons, examinations fees, and auditions.

We are seeking a new CEO to join our mission and support in our vision.
