Lucy has been studying the flugel horn for 8 years and the french horn for 4 years.  Following is an excerpt from a letter recently received from Lucy:

"I would like to thank Future Talent for the funding they managed to give me last month, it helped so much with buying my new french horn.  It is a Paxman 20 double with a fixed bell. 

I will be starting at Trinity College of Music on the 9th of September and look forward to 4 years in London.  I will be studying Musical Performance on the French Horn as my principal study and will hopefully be joining several bands and orchestras in and around the university.

Thank you so much again for giving me this opportunity to be able to purchase my own instrument. I couldn't have done it without your help."
