Ashleigh has been studying singing and piano thanks to a bursary from Future Talent. Thanks to a wonderful singing teacher, who is introducing her to a wide range of different music, Ashleigh is singing lots of classical music, also in Latin and Italian - languages very new to her. She also sings with the Devon County Junior Choir and in September 2009, Ashleigh started as a year 7 Chorister at Exeter Cathedral School.
"If you had told me when she started singing lessons less than a year ago that she would be singing Handel I would never have believed you. Ashleigh dedicates nearly all her spare time to her music commitments and practicing. I often ask her if she's doing too much but Ashleigh just replies "no".
