After the appointment earlier in the year of Rachel Stanley as Charity Secretary, we welcomed our new Director, Charlotte Penton-Smith in 2008.

She had previously managed the opera development programme of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.  Before moving to London, Charlotte worked at Aldeburgh Music in Suffolk.
