Charlotte joined Future Talent in 2008 having previously managed the opera development programme of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.  Before moving to London, Charlotte worked at Aldeburgh Music in Suffolk.

She read Music at University, continuing to postgraduate level studying Arts Management.  During this time Charlotte taught flute, piano and theory of music.

A keen follower of all art forms, Charlotte is delighted to be working with Future Talent, and is looking forward to being part of its onward progression.
