Victoria (soprano)

Victoria’s passion is singing and performing; however despite her obvious talent, she had not received any lessons before approaching Future Talent. Instead, Victoria had taught herself to sing. Receiving support from Future Talent has meant that Victoria is finally able to benefit from formal singing lessons, something which had previously been an impossible dream.

Receiving regular lessons with a specialist tutor is enabling Victoria to develop her sound, technique and confidence as a singer.  She is also hoping to be able to start working towards graded exams, something which she wasn’t able to do on her own.

The funding Victoria has received from Future Talent is also enabling her join a choir and gain experience in ensemble singing, which will enable her to develop her listening skills during her performances.

Victoria hopes to pursue a career in musical theatre and thanks to the support from Future Talent she is one step closer to achieving her goal.
