Khosro Ezaz-Nikpay

Khosro Ezaz-Nikpay is Managing Director of two start-up companies: Zendegii Ltd is focused on developing health insight and providing consumers with products around their personal nutrition and beauty needs. Enjoin Partners, is focused on innovative talent search and development, providing companies with access to expert networks, counselling, and top resources.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial endeavours, Khosro was a senior Partner with McKinsey & Company in the UK and Germany Offices. He has 15 years management consulting experience and led McKinsey’s global Purchasing and Supply Management Practice. He also initiated, developed and oversaw McKinsey’s India Centre of Competence, and lead McKinsey’s work on sourcing innovation. He continues to counsel many of his clients in Europe, Asia and the US, on a range of strategic and operational topics.

Khosro received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a PhD in Chemistry from Harvard University in Cambridge.
